How can I book?

The only way to book is through the Playtomic website or app.

Can I pay at the centre?

No. All payments are made through Playtomic (web/app). Each player pays his/her share or a player can book and pay for the whole court.

When do the court lights turn on?
The court LED lights are automatically switched on before the match starts, depending on the sunlight, to ensure optimum visibility.

What happens if it rains?

The court has a porous concrete base that drains water quickly, so you can play as long as it does not rain at the time of booking. If you are unable to play and the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, Playtomic does not allow refunds of the amount paid. We will add the amount to your club’s wallet at Playtomic to be used on another day at Padel Font d’en Fargues.

How far in advance can I enter the court?

You can access 15 minutes before your match starts.

How much time do we have to leave the court after the match ends?
You have 10 minutes to leave the court after your match ends. Please be sure to collect your belongings and leave the court ready for the next players.

What safety measures are on the court?

We have CCTV cameras distributed throughout the court, alarms and sensors to ensure the proper use of the facilities, and that no one accesses without authorization.
